WARRANTY DESCRIPTION: The majority of Bostitch Office products are covered by our 7 year limited warranty. This warrants that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover conditions or malfunctions resulting from normal wear, neglect, abuses, accidents or repairs attempted by other parties. Please refer to the troubleshooting section of this website or your owner’s manual for troubleshooting advice. For optimal performance, always use genuine Bostitch staples. |
HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM INFORMATION: If you have an original dated sales receipt and your return does not exceed 1 (one) unit, please fill out Warranty Claim Form 1.
If you do not have an original dated sales receipt or if your return exceeds 1 (one) unit, please fill out Warranty Claim Form 2.
